Superannuation Transactions

Employee Super Funds records link employees to their superannuation funds, but employees can have multiple active Employee Super Funds records. For example, an employee can contribute to their superannuation fund and to their partner's superannuation fund.

In this situation, Exolvo can:

  1. Identify which superannuation fund the employee's superannuation allowances and deduction transactions apply to.
  2. Include the superannuation fund in the transaction record.
  3. Identify the bank account for each superannuation transaction.
  4. Identify superannuation transactions that do not contain a Super Fund Code or bank account information.

    Note: If you create a superannuation transaction manually or by processing a pay, and then change details in the Employee Super Funds record associated with that transaction, then Exolvo will not dynamically update the transaction information. You would have to edit the transaction or reprocess the pay to update the information.
