The Self-Service administrator uses the Admin Assignment section on the Self-Service Administration Site to assign admin functionality to employees and/or WAPs. This manual explains the admin menu items and functionality.
In ESS, when a user is assigned to an administration role or they have a current delegation, the Change role section appears above the navigation menu, and the role or delegation appears as a row on the home page accordion.
One admin user may be responsible for multiple functions or have multiple roles.

The user can use the following two methods to change roles.
