Message Inbox

Messaging is an internal messaging system that works in a similar way to email, but you do not require an email address.

Messaging enables you to:

Receive company messages
Receive ESS workflow messages
Receive personal messages from your manager and other employees
Send personal messages to your manager and other employees
Send personal messages to your leave approver.
Important: Your Self-Service Administrator sets the functionality that you can use, so you may not have access to all of the Message Inbox options.

Messaging Options

The Message Inbox page has the following icons/options:

	Unread message
	Read message
	Message requires acknowledgement
	Read message that was acknowledged
	View message
	Receipt message
	Delete message
	Create message.
