Australian A4 Designer Payslip

You use the Australian A4 Designer Payslip to create payslips for employees in your organisation. Employees can then use the payslips to check their pay details. You can customise payslips to your company's requirements and use them to:

  1. Print a run of payslips for the whole company, or for specific departments, locations or employees.
  2. Create customised payslips for specific groups within your company.
  3. Print individual or group messages on payslips to explain pay calculations or make announcements.

 

You must successfully process all transactions in the pay before you can run the Australian A4 Designer Payslip. Although you can run the report on open, fully processed pays, we recommend that you run it after the pay is closed for the following reasons:

  1. When you close the pay, Exolvo updates year-to-date (YTD) and leave balances in the employee record. If you run the report before you close the pay, then Exolvo estimates balances. If you run the report after you close the pay, then you ensure that the YTD and leave balances shown are correct.
  2. When you close the pay, it is finalised and it cannot be changed.

    Important: You cannot run this report for purged pay sequences.
