Learning & Development

You can use Learning & Development to perform the following procedures:

• View your Learning & Development history for qualifications, competencies and course history.
• View the Position GAP Analysis, which displays the courses that are training requirements for your position and shows the courses and competencies that you have achieved.
• Search for courses based on course criteria. When you find a course that you would like to attend, you can request to go on that course. Your manager must approve your course booking or they can book you on a course.
• Submit feedback for courses that you have attended.
• Create a Development plan. Your manager must approve your Development plan or they can create a plan for you.
