Manager Learning & Development
In addition to the full range of employee functions, a manager can use Learning & Development to perform the following tasks for employees who report directly to them:
- View an employee's Learning & Development history for qualifications, competencies and course history.
- Approve an employee's course booking or you can book an employee on a course.
- Approve an employee's Development plan or you can create a plan on an employee's behalf.
