Approve Timesheet
The procedure that you use and the layout that you will see when you approve an employee's timesheet depends on the employee's timesheet settings.
This section explains the following setups:

2. Timebands by timesheet - Day by day.
When you approve an employee's timesheet:
- The timesheet has been approved message appears.
- The Recall timesheet option appears.
- The timesheet workflow item moves from the Active Items - Current tab to the History tab (for manager and employee).
- The employee is notified by email that their timesheet was approved.
- The Timesheet Admin can finalise the timesheet.
- Neither you nor the employee can add, edit or delete a leave request with a start date in this period (see Employee - Leave and My Time).
- You can view the timesheet, but you cannot make any changes to the timesheet for this period.
If you or the employee want to make any changes to the timesheet, then click the Recall timesheet option to return the timesheet to the employee for editing. The Recall timesheet option is no longer available when the timesheet is finalised.
