Single Touch Payroll Manager Tool

Overview

The Single Touch Payroll Manager Tool allows you to:

• Manage all STP Submission types
• View a list of all submissions that have been created and their current status

  This includes closed pays that are awaiting a user to action the submission manually.

• Refresh the submission statuses
• Stop the submission process (in certain scenarios)
• View the messages (e.g. errors) relating to a submission
• View the submission content needed for logging Support requests
• View the data sent to the ATO

The Single Touch Payroll Manager Tool is accessible from the Payroll folder on the PayGlobal navigation tree as well as via the Global List (ALT + G)

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that only appropriate users are given access.

User Interface

The Single Touch Payroll Manager Tool consists of a form with four separate tab pages:

• All Submission
• Pay Events
• Update Events
• Finalisations
• Payer EOFY Summary

Each tab page displays the status of a submission and a collection of buttons that allow you to preform different actions in relation to the status.
